About the Position
We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to develop HR strategies, manage performance metrics, and foster a strong corporate culture in a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Formulate HR strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values
- Establish performance management systems (performance, OKR, KPI)
- Develop a corporate culture that promotes trust, openness, and teamwork
- Partner with department heads to enhance leadership and team development
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions
- Design and implement development, training, recruitment, and talent retention programs
- Contribute to HR policies that align with modern practices and support transformational changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner / HR Lead role
- Experience in building or transforming HR processes in rapidly growing organizations
- Deep understanding of modern approaches to motivation, development, and performance evaluation
- Ability to work with analytics, data, and HR metrics
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, facilitation, and communication
- Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to Have
- Experience in the public sector or at the intersection of govtech / public sector innovation
- Experience in large organizations or in scaling environments
- Use of modern team management approaches (OKR, coaching, engagement frameworks)
- Experience in implementing HRIS, analytics systems, or HR process automation projects
- Ability to visualize HR data and create strategic presentations for management
