About the Position
HR Leadership Intern (MS/MBA) - Global Talent & Culture
Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Summer Interns for its headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. You will contribute to Global Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Capabilities & Talent, or Total Rewards, supporting ongoing HR projects and onboarding initiatives.
This 10–12 week, full-time program offers mentorship, networking, and structured development, with potential full-time progression upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing HR projects and onboarding initiatives
- Contribute to Global Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Capabilities & Talent, or Total Rewards
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MS or MBA degree
- Strong interest in Human Resources and business development
