About the Position
HR Learning & Development Specialist
Join ITSector as an HR Learning & Development Specialist to drive innovative training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze training needs, in coordination with different areas of the organization.
- Research, select, and manage relationships with external suppliers and training partners.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training activities.
- Coordinate the upskilling and reskilling initiatives according to business needs.
- Ensure all the administrative training process management.
- Track and report learning metrics, participation rates, record and update training data and training effectiveness.
- Explore innovative learning solutions, digital learning platforms and AI-powered learning technologies in coordination with the Group.
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Human Resources.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Talent Development, or similar roles.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience planning, coordinating and monitoring training programs, ideally within IT, technology, or consulting environments.
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into effective development solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience managing training vendors, learning partners and external training providers.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting, KPIs and learning analytics.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Interest in emerging learning technologies, Generative AI and their applications in learning and skills development.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Proactive attitude, continuous improvement mindset and passion for learning.
