About the Position
We are seeking a Food Technologist with at least 3 years of experience in food production to ensure smooth production processes and quality standards in Lithuania.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that production processes run smoothly and comply with technological standards.
- Analyze production indicators and provide suggestions for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials, semi-finished, and final products; ensure that products meet international and internal quality standards (IFS, BRS).
- Prepare and update technological documentation, recipes, production instructions, and work methods.
- Document production processes, changes in technological standards, results, and error analysis.
- Participate in testing recipes in the production environment and evaluating their quality.
- Conduct training for employees on technological processes and quality requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a food production company.
- Higher education or higher in food technology.
- Computer literacy.
- English and Russian languages - in writing and speaking.
- Analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information.
- Good time management skills.
We Offer
- Salary: 1500-1900 €/month
