We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team in Lithuania, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the group HR strategy and ensure alignment at the local level.
  • Establish and implement HR processes, policies, and frameworks from the ground up, ensuring structured, compliant, and scalable operations in a newly set-up company.
  • Oversee recruitment processes end-to-end (sourcing, interviewing, hiring).
  • Ensure accurate HR administration, including personnel records, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage payroll processes in coordination with finance/vendors.
  • Lead and support performance evaluation cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Organize and drive learning & development initiatives.
  • Maintain and administer the HR system (data accuracy, updates, reporting).
  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives.
  • Promote and support company culture and employee engagement.
  • Act as an HR Business Partner to managers, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Oversee HR team (2 members, and team growth with studio expansion).

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Level of education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Foreign languages: fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • Digital skills: advanced PC user.
  • Previous experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
