About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Manchester, offering up to £46,000 per annum. This role will be based in Manchester with hybrid working options.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases and provide advice on employment law.
- Support the HR team in implementing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Employee Relations.
- Strong understanding of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
