Responsibilities

- Oversee labor and industrial relations, ensuring a stable and productive work environment.
- Partner closely with plant leadership to support operational goals and drive organizational performance.
- Implement and manage talent development, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and hands-on experience managing union and industrial relations.
- Dynamic leader with strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
