About the Position
HR Manager (Human Care Specialist)
We are seeking an HR Manager (Human Care Specialist) to join our team in Budapest, focusing on employee well-being and soft skills development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees to assess their psycho-emotional state and motivation; prepare analytical conclusions and recommendations.
- Conduct surveys to enhance employee engagement; advise colleagues on the assessment and development of soft skills, and respond to personal requests for psychological support.
- Interact with managers of various teams and project managers on people management issues.
- Help new employees adapt to the team; ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone.
Location
Ukraine + EU countries, but the candidate must be a Ukrainian citizen who must work from the Budapest office from day one.

Schedule
Office work in Budapest, local time from 9-18, weekends Saturday-Sunday
Requirements
- Language: English (intermediate level)
- Experience: 1 year
Salary
$1200 - $1300 nett per month
