About the Position

HR Manager (Human Care Specialist)

We are seeking an HR Manager with 1 year of experience to join our team in Budapest, focusing on employee well-being and soft skills development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees to assess their psycho-emotional state and motivation; prepare analytical conclusions and recommendations.
• Conduct surveys to enhance employee engagement; advise colleagues on the assessment and development of soft skills, and respond to personal requests for psychological support.
• Interact with managers of various teams and project managers on people management issues.
• Help new employees adapt to the team; ensure the comfort and well-being of each individual.

Location

Ukraine + EU countries, but the candidate must be a Ukrainian citizen who must work from the Budapest office from day one.

Stages

• Phone pre-screening or information gathering,
• Test task,
• Interview with an expert

Schedule

Office work in Budapest, local time from 9-18, weekends Saturday-Sunday.

Requirements

• Language: English (intermediate level)
• Experience: 1 year

We Offer

• Salary: $1200 - $1300 nett per month
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Location: On-site in Budapest, Hungary
