Responsibilities

Organization and management of HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate standards.
Effective talent selection and management of the talent pool.
Audit and optimization of HR processes, systematization, and automation.
Implementation of modern HRM systems and HR metrics to enhance efficiency.
Development and implementation of HR strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Initiation and conduct of events to increase employee engagement, motivation, and loyalty.
Partnership with department heads for talent development and team effectiveness.
Development of the company's HR brand in the market.

Requirements

Experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist / HR Manager / HRD for at least 3 years.
Successful experience in implementing HR strategy and building systemic processes.
Knowledge of HR record standards and modern HR practices.
Experience with 1C, HRM, and recruitment systems.
Higher education in personnel management, psychology, or related fields.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle a large volume of tasks.
Results-oriented, structured thinking, ability to explain and implement changes.
