We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to join our MilTech team, which creates solutions you've read about in the news.
This role is for those who want their work to have a direct impact on results, build processes, launch initiatives, and develop the People direction in a rapidly scaling company.
Expected Work Results:
- All key HR processes are described and understandable to their participants.
- For each process, responsible parties and participants are defined.
- Interaction between HR areas is transparent and clear.
- Policies, regulations, and procedures are up-to-date and consistent.
- There is no duplication of functions and responsibilities between departments.
- Processes are regularly reviewed and improved.
- HR processes become simpler, faster, and more automated.
- New HR projects are implemented considering the overall HR process system.
What is Important:
- Experience in HR, process management, organizational development, or transformation for at least 2 years.
- Experience in describing and improving business or HR processes.
- Experience in developing policies, regulations, procedures, and instructions.
- Understanding of the principles of distributing responsibilities between departments.
- Strong analytical and systemic skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and structure it.
- Ability to identify problems in processes and propose practical solutions.
- Strong skills in interacting with different teams and managers.
- Ability to independently manage tasks from problem analysis to solution implementation.
- Experience in projects related to HR automation, digitalization, or transformation is a plus.
