HR Operations Specialist - RiseGuide

RiseGuide is an expert-powered self-improvement app for those who want to become the best version of themselves. We are building a microlearning product based on the insights and principles of outstanding role models. Our users develop charisma following the examples of Michelle Obama and Steve Jobs, enhance cognitive skills using frameworks from Jim Kwik and Barbara Oakley, and acquire good habits based on the rules of Kobe Bryant and Mel Robbins.

• We have grown 5 times over the last year and continue to scale actively;
• Our users spend an average of 15 minutes in the app and rate it 4.6 in the App Store and 4.4 on Trustpilot;
• Our team consists of over 90 people from leading management programs worldwide and top product companies;
• We are the top 2 in revenue among all SKELAR businesses, despite being only 2 years old;
• We have two offices (Warsaw and Kyiv) and a global remote team.

Our goal is to redefine self-improvement and create a "smart scrolling" experience. Imagine all the most outstanding experts, leaders, and researchers gathered in one pocket-sized place.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for an HR Operations Specialist (in a hybrid format from the Warsaw or Kyiv office), who will develop the People Operations area and help turn all our ambitious plans into real achievements.

Responsibilities

• Systematize and improve the onboarding process, scale best practices, and create a first-class onboarding process for new hires;
• Maintain a high standard of employee lifecycle management, including operational support for closing probation periods and conducting regular performance reviews;
• Work with HRMS: administering PeopleForce, data entry, configuration, generating reports from systems, etc.;
• Customize HR Operations processes for a team distributed between 2 offices (Warsaw and Kyiv) and remote;
• Handle various HR inquiries (health insurance, compensation and benefits, administrative issues);
• And much more that is interesting!

Requirements

• Experience with HRMS (PeopleForce, HiBob, or others);
• Understanding of the Employee Lifecycle;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• High stress tolerance and adaptability to change;
• High ownership of project work, attention to detail, proactivity, and perseverance;
• Systematic work and critical thinking;
• Proficiency in Polish at the A2/B1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing HRMS systems;
• Working with employee insurance (interaction with contractors, creating guides, consulting employees).
