Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience in HR Information Systems, Administration, and Generalist roles to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Oversee HR Administration and Generalist functions.
- Provide training and payroll support.
- Develop solutions to technology-related business problems/opportunities.
- Handle sensitive employment data with care.
- Work effectively in both team and independent settings.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience: 5 years in HR Information Systems, Administration, or Generalist roles.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of core HR business practices (HRIS, Recruiting, Performance Management).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with requirements definition and user testing.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in exigent circumstances.
