Responsibilities

• Advisory and Guidance: You are the expert who helps managers and employees make the right HR choices.
• Talent & Development: You identify and support the potential of people in your area of focus.
• Proactive Project Owner: You take on HR initiatives around leadership, sustainable employability, and healthy working.
• Partnership with Specialists: Together with Recruitment, L&D, and HR Services, you ensure seamless HR processes.
• Employability: You ensure that our employees are and remain employable now and in the future, together with managers.
• Data-driven Steering: You provide clear HR reports and keep a finger on the pulse of critical HR indicators.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Completed HBO education + minimum of 5 years of all-round HR experience.
• Communication Skills: You advise with integrity and know how to involve your stakeholders.
• Pragmatic and Resilient: You are sensitive to the environment, patient with resistance, and not easily distracted from your goal.
• Team Player with Impact: You like to work together and deliver results in changing environments.
• Language Proficiency: Dutch and English are not a problem for you.
• Availability: Preferably full-time availability.
