HR People Partner

About the Position

Join Evoplay, one of the leading product IT companies in Ukraine, as an HR People Partner in Kyiv, Ukraine. Evoplay operates in the international market and creates comprehensive B2B solutions for the online gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Organization and support of onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work in Bamboo and JIRA: support for filling and updating employee data, control of request approvals for employee absences.
• Ensuring the initial adaptation process.
• Conducting welcome onboarding.
• Celebrating employees' birthdays and work anniversaries.
• Conducting 1:1 meetings, launching surveys.
• Ordering, issuing, and controlling merchandise according to internal flow.
• Maintaining up-to-date information in internal activity reports within the team.
• Resolving conflict situations, retaining employees.

Requirements

• Experience in HR.
• Knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Practical experience in Jira, Confluence, HR CRM, or other systems.
• Practical experience in key HR processes (or confident theoretical knowledge) such as onboarding, one-on-one meetings, exit interviews, etc.
• Proficiency with a computer.
