Your Mission
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for the team.
- Develop HR processes (onboarding, reviews, offboarding) with a focus on AI and routine automation.
- Build a trusting relationship with managers of all levels-from new leads to heads of departments-helping them form strong teams through people development, clear expectations, and performance evaluation based on business impact.
- Work on employee motivation and engagement.
- Translate people strategy into concrete solutions for teams, aligning people development with business goals and the company's scaling phase.
- Provide recommendations for leaders based on data and trends, helping them see not only the current situation but also future risks.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in the role of HR People Partner/HRBP/HR Generalist for 3 years.
- Building effective interactions between managers and employees, facilitating sensitive issues, and maintaining a balance between results and trust.
- Confident analytical background: ability to work with data, form hypotheses, and justify decisions with numbers.
- Ability to make decisions based on their impact on performance, talent density, and long-term business effectiveness.
- Experience and skills working in an environment of change and scaling.
- Plus: HR education, mentorship experience, or teaching.
