About the Position

Odd Systems is a defense technology company specializing in the development and production of thermal imaging cameras. Founded by a group of entrepreneurs, engineers, managers, and technology enthusiasts with previous experience in several international technology companies, including Petcube, the world leader in pet cameras and software. The company's products, including thermal imaging cameras Kurbas, Svitlych, and others, are named after prominent figures of the "Executed Renaissance" and "Sixtiers" - Ukrainian intellectuals of the 20th century persecuted and destroyed by the Soviet regime. Odd Systems has offices in Ukraine, the USA, and the EU.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Record Keeping: Preparation of draft personnel documents and orders. Verification, registration, and support of personnel orders in accordance with legal requirements. Issuance of personnel documents, including sick leave certificates, and preparation of employment certificates.
• Personnel Accounting: Maintenance of employee records. Accounting and control of annual and additional leave balances. Personnel accounting.
• Control of Personnel Procedures: Ensuring compliance with unified rules, regulations, and approved templates for personnel documents. Monitoring the timeliness and correctness of personnel procedures and decisions.
• Reporting: Formation and maintenance of company staffing tables. Compilation of statistical and management reports on staff numbers, leave, sick leave, and other indicators.
• HR Regulations and Automation: Maintaining the relevance of personnel data in electronic information systems (BAS). Participation in the implementation and development of automated personnel processes.
• Interaction and Support of Personnel: Advising employees on personnel accounting, personnel record keeping, and the application of labor legislation. Interaction with Accounting and support services.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
• In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
• Tracking changes in legislation.
• Proficient user of Excel, BAS, Вчасно, M.E.Doc, and electronic registers.
• Experience with PeopleForce is a plus.
• Responsibility, attention to detail.
• Organization and adherence to deadlines.

• Experience in audits.
• Experience in setting up personnel reporting for grant programs.
• Experience in automation in PeopleForce.
