HR Recruiter Intern

About the Position

We are seeking an HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment operations in Singapore. Gain hands-on experience in job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on job portals
• Screen and shortlist candidates using internal and external sources, assessing technical capabilities
• Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-up with candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to support recruitment administration, ensuring effective and efficient placement of hires
• Oversee accurate updating of Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accuracy of candidate profiles
• Prepare employment offer letters and assist with onboarding processes
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure successful hiring

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
