About the Position
We are seeking an HR Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our Human Resource and People Culture department in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and results
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
