HR Shared Services Specialist (payroll)

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities

• Influence the development of payroll and benefits policies
• Propose and implement development actions
• Payroll-related tasks
• Communication with managers and employees on salary-related issues
• Contact with auditors and the finance department regarding payroll
• Employee hiring administration
• Management and monitoring of employee absences (sick leave, vacations, maternity leave, study leave, etc.)
• Management of changes in personal data (manager, department, title, salary, cost center, etc.)
• Payroll data reporting and budget forecasting
• Management of daily activities related to healthcare services, staff insurance, and employee benefits

Requirements

• Knowledge of payroll processes and HR administrative activities
• Experience in a similar position in an international company (SSC/BPO)
• English language proficiency (minimum B2)
• Knowledge of Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish is an advantage
• Experience working with Scandinavian countries in the payroll area - necessary
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team in a virtual environment and independently
