About the Position
We are seeking an HR Specialist for our Talent Acquisition and Management Shared Services Center (TAM SSC), responsible for implementing qualified HR services across different regions.
Responsibilities
- Implement qualified HR services for employees in different regions.
- Support, organize, and perform various types of HR personnel processing in foreign company locations (onboarding, transfers, vacations, sick leaves, terminations).
- Handle employees' files in internal informational systems.
- Provide supervision and support for newly hired employees to help them navigate international personnel processing.
Requirements
- Graduate with work experience in HR area more than 1 year.
- Fluent English (written/spoken).
- Knowledge of MS Excel, experience in preparation of presentations in MS PowerPoint, and working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented person.
- Mature personality, excellent communication, and organization skills.
- Readiness to work overtime if needed.
- Strong task management.
Nice to Have
- Work experience in a large multinational company.
- Knowledge of the German language.
Languages
- German: B2 Upper Intermediate
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate

Join our cross-regional and cross-cultural team of ~20 people based in 3 countries (Ukraine, Serbia, India). We use MS Excel as the main tool, along with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Internal Systems.
