Our team is expanding rapidly and we are looking for an HR Specialist in Bratislava!
Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Preparing employment contracts, orders, amendments, and other related HR documentation.
- Administrative Support: Scanning, registering, organizing, and maintaining documents in the electronic archive.
- Data Management: Timely entering, updating, and auditing the accuracy and relevance of information in the CRM system and spreadsheets.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Providing full administrative support throughout the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- You speak Slovak at A2 level or higher and fluency in Russian;
- You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
- You are stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details, and have good time-management skills;
- You are well-organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible.
