Responsibilities

• Converse with the model in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
• Fluency in French
• Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments
• Skills in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Labor Law, HRIS Systems, Compliance with Labor Codes, Workplace Investigations, Onboarding Workflows, DEI Initiatives, Training and Development Strategies, and Cross-border HR Policies
• Clear, metacognitive communication-“showing your work”-is essential
