Responsibilities
- Converse with the model in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
- Fluency in French
- Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments
- Clear, metacognitive communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of labor law and cross-border HR policies
- Familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
