HR Specialist (m/f/d) People Analytics - SAP HCM

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality HR reports while ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
• Integrate and connect various data sources, ensuring consistent data quality to meet complex reporting requirements
• Automate and standardize routine reporting
• Develop, maintain, and optimize staff planning and forecasting
• Prepare monthly closing activities and HR-related accrual calculations
• Manage authorizations in HCM, particularly the assignment of authorization roles
• Analyze reporting results and derive recommendations for action for HR management
• Work closely with global and local stakeholders, e.g., Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, and Legal
• Continuously improve and optimize processes in line with defined standards and guidelines
• Participate in HR-related projects

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in HR controlling or related roles
• Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM, knowledge of SAP BW and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Several years’ experience in workforce planning and forecasting
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM authorization management is desirable
• Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong grasp of numbers, particularly at the interface between operational HR work and data-driven models
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and in a manner appropriate to the target audience
• Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Highly motivated to learn and keen to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics
• Excellent Excel skills
