HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding and adaptation, 1-to-1 meetings, performance review administration, offboarding
• Interact with management regarding all people-related matters
• Develop, improve, and automate HR processes
• Participate in employer brand development projects

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience as an HR manager
• Have experience working with technical specialists (developers, testers, designers, architects, etc.)
• Have strong communication skills: you aim to understand the root of a problem, know how to ask the right questions, and effectively handle colleagues’ requests
• Are a team player: you are willing to work collaboratively and support colleagues in achieving results
• Are people-oriented: you strive to build partnerships with colleagues and understand the importance of employee loyalty
• Are proactive and take initiative: you focus on finding and implementing the best solutions rather than only following instructions
• Quick decision-maker. You are good at task prioritization and can take responsibility for delivering results
• Intermediate level of English will be a plus
