HR Specialist (m/w/d)

About the Position

TDK Electronics, a part of TDK Europe, is seeking an HR Specialist (m/w/d) to leverage your passion for human resource management in HR processes and further develop it. If you enjoy operational and strategic HR tasks and want to help us build sustainable structures, we look forward to your application.

Responsibilities

• Handling personnel accounting and administration tasks, particularly payroll for a defined group of employees
• Managing the personnel time management system Atoss Time Control (ATC)
• Advising employees and management on tax and social insurance law issues
• Generating reports from ATC and SAP
• Creating monthly reports according to trust instructions
• General personnel administration tasks
• Supporting special projects and tasks within the department

Requirements

• Completed business administration degree or commercial vocational training with additional qualifications in human resources (e.g., HR specialist)
• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a collective bargaining-covered company in the metal and electrical industry with shift operations
• Experience in payroll accounting and tax and social insurance law
• Proficiency in SAP HR and MS Office
• Ideally, knowledge of ATOSS Time Control
• Team spirit, reliability, and independent working style
