We are looking for candidates for the position of HR Specialist for our client.

Workplace: Katowice

Responsibilities

• Implementation of HR activities
• Active participation in company life and building employee engagement
• Assistance in conducting on/off-boarding processes for employees
• Preparation of job advertisements in Polish and English
• Active candidate search using available tools and direct search
• Verification and selection of candidate applications that match the desired profile
• Conducting telephone interviews and recruitment meetings with candidates
• Comprehensive management of national and international recruitment processes

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good time management
• Knowledge of candidate search tools
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (experience in IT recruitment is welcome)
