About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for an HR Specialist for one of our clients in Katowice, Poland. We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implementing HR activities
• Active participation in company life and building employee engagement
• Assisting in the on/off-boarding processes of employees
• Preparing job advertisements in Polish and English
• Actively searching for candidates using available tools and direct search
• Verifying and selecting candidate applications that match the desired profile
• Conducting telephone interviews and recruitment meetings with candidates
• Comprehensive management of national and international recruitment processes

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good time management
• Familiarity with candidate search tools
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment experience is a plus)
