Your Impact

Als HR Transformation Consultant - Workday (m/w/d) unterstützt du erfahrene Berater:innen und Kund:innen bei der Einführung moderner HR-Softwarelösungen und trägst zur digitalen Transformation im Personalbereich bei.

• Consulting Support: Du hilfst bei Workday-Projekten durch Dokumentation, Testdurchführung und Koordination während der Design- und Implementierungsphasen.
• Teamwork: Du arbeitest eng mit Projektteams zusammen und trägst durch deine Mitarbeit zum Erfolg der Kundenprojekte bei.
• Learning & Development: Du hast die Möglichkeit, dich in Bereichen wie Data, Integration oder Reporting zu spezialisieren und dein Fachwissen schrittweise auszubauen.
• Technical Support: Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung von Architektur- und Schnittstellenkonzepten mit – unter Anleitung erfahrener Kolleg:innen.
• Skill Development: Du entwickelst kontinuierlich dein Wissen in agilen Methoden, HR-IT-Konzepten und Projektmanagement durch Trainings und praktische Erfahrungen weiter.

Requirements

• First Relevant Work Experience in HR, HR technology, or HRIS
• Basic Knowledge in Workday or other HR-IT systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM) is advantageous; willingness to get certified is expected
• Proficiency with MS Office and interest in working in a consulting environment
• Motivation to learn, solve problems, and work in a team
• Travel Willingness and excellent German and English language skills in speech and writing
