HRBP (General)

We are looking for an HRBP (General) in our MilTech team, which creates solutions you've read about in the news.
This role is for those who want their work to have a direct impact on results, build processes, launch initiatives, and develop the People direction in a rapidly scaling company.
Responsibilities

Management of the People Partners team:
- Support the entire employee lifecycle
- Control the implementation and enforcement of rules in their direction
- Resolve complex cases
- Develop subordinates

Consulting for management: partnership with top management, support in decision-making, forming team structures, implementing changes, and new processes;

Performance & OKR: participation in implementing performance evaluation systems, supporting managers in working with goals, and building bonuses based on objectives.

Participation in building HR processes/policies: from onboarding and development to consulting, HR work, and offboarding;

HR Service: ensuring the correctness of document flow, orders, job descriptions, HR procedures;

Interaction with C&B, Legal, HR: close cooperation to coordinate policies, grades, compensation systems, and processes;

Audit and automation: analysis of existing processes, implementation of systems and solutions for optimizing HR functions;
Requirements
- Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people.
- Experience in building HR processes and policies in companies with 1000+ employees;
- Experience in interacting with top management and influencing business decisions;
- Knowledge of HR record-keeping and C&B;
- Understanding of grades, performance management, OKR;
- Experience in HR automation or building HR Ops/HR Service is a big plus;
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working with top management, and able to influence through expertise.
