About the Position

Are you passionate about people and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources?

We are looking for an HR Business Partner Intern to join our team and support various HR functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end HR process, from Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement to Talent Management and the opportunity to lead small-scale HR initiatives/projects.

Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Business Alignment: Support HR BP in aligning HR initiatives with business needs.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting, assessment center logistic support, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building: Help drive engagement programs, employee feedback initiatives, and company events.
Performance Management: Participate in performance review cycles.
HR Operations & Compliance: Get hands-on experience with HR policies, employee records, and compliance processes.
Learning and Talent Development: Support training programs, career development initiatives, and leadership workshops.

Requirements

Preference for 6 months availability or willingness to extend.
Currently doing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR/Communications-related fields.
Passion for HR and people-focused initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
