Responsibilities

• Involvement in all stages of the Employee Life Cycle and close collaboration with management and employees to improve labor relations, increase morale, and enhance productivity and retention;
• Involvement in conducting audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with HR operations;
• Adaptation of global HR processes to the needs of specific departments;
• Providing advice on performance management to line management (e.g., coaching, consulting, career development, disciplinary actions);
• Analyzing trends and indicators in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies;
• Conducting monthly/weekly meetings with relevant business unit managers and 1:1 meetings with employees as needed;
• Providing recommendations and explanations of HR policies and processes, instructions, etc.;
• In recruitment, acting as the client and advocate between the recruiter and the hiring manager. Validate and facilitate the hiring process for your team, and sometimes independently handle recruitment in trusted departments.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, experience in providing virtual (online) HR support in retail, warehouse logistics, or multi-locations is a plus;
• Experience with HRIS and ATS;
• Experience with project management programs Jira, Trello, or Asana;
• In-depth knowledge of labor law;
• Proven experience with HR metrics;
• Practical knowledge of several areas of HR, including compensation and benefits practices; organizational diagnostics, labor relations, performance management, etc.;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
