About the Position
We are Everstar, an agency dedicated to helping private defense companies find talented individuals and bring victory to Ukraine.
Our client is a high-tech manufacturing company creating solutions for the defense sector. The company is constantly growing, developing, forming management structures, and professional HR functions.
We are currently looking for an HRBP to adjust and support HR policies and processes, develop HR services, and foster a culture of interaction.
Responsibilities
- Building HR Processes/Policies: From onboarding and development to consulting, HR work, and offboarding;
- HR Consulting for Management: Partnering with top management, supporting decision-making, and forming team structures;
- HR Services: Ensuring the correctness of document circulation, orders, job descriptions, and HR procedures;
- HR Administration: Mastery of processes or understanding how to build work;
- Interaction with C&B and Legal: Close cooperation to align policies, grades, and compensation systems;
- Audit and Automation: Analyzing existing processes, implementing systems and solutions to optimize HR functions;
- Performance & OKR: Participating in implementing performance evaluation systems, supporting managers in working with goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRBP;
- Experience in building HR processes and policies in companies with 1000+ employees;
- Experience in interacting with top management and influencing business decisions;
- Knowledge of HR administration and C&B;
- Understanding of grades, performance management, and OKR;
- Experience in HR automation or building HR Ops/HR Service is a big plus;
- A communicative professional who is comfortable working with top management and knows how to influence through expertise.
