About the Position
HRBP - Temp Workforce, Agency & Fixed-Term Contract Compliance

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple European countries to ensure compliant management of agency workers and fixed-term contractors.
- Provide expert guidance on agency worker regulations, employment compliance, and contractual risk.
- Support business growth through acquisitions, helping integrate contingent workforces.
- Advise managers on disciplinary and grievance matters relating to agency workers.
- Develop and improve HR processes, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Work closely with HR, legal, and operational stakeholders across Europe.
Requirements
- Strong HR Business Partner experience within a contingent workforce or managed services environment - essential
- Expertise in agency worker regulations, fixed-term contracts, and workforce compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial partnering skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Experience gained within organizations such as major staffing, outsourcing, or managed service providers would be highly advantageous.
