About the Position

We are looking for an HRD for our Partner, a big international iGaming company, to help build effective HR&Recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Building HR processes, managing the recruiting department, and HR BP
- Developing and implementing an employee motivation system
- Forming and implementing an onboarding plan
- Organizing teamwork, conducting performance reviews, 1-on-1 meetings, and other events
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Developing and strengthening the company’s HR brand
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Director
- Professional experience in hiring employees in the following areas: Traffic arbitrage, Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, CPA networks, betting, or IT
- Ability to build processes in distributed teams
- Excellent management skills, results-oriented, and highly responsible
- English proficiency at least Intermediate
- Initiative, ability to prioritize, and strive to develop both yourself and the company
