Human Relations Intern [IDA: 00060]

Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for internship opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage the preparation and issuance of internship offer letters.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process.
- Assist in planning and executing intern engagement initiatives, including Internship Engagement Day, networking sessions, and other developmental activities.
- Act as a key contact for interns, helping to create a positive and enriching internship experience from onboarding through completion.
- Contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different aspects of Human Resources.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Keen interest in recruitment, human resources, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
