- Create and maintain key performance indicators, analyze them, and derive quality-related measures.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects in the area of employee development.
Requirements
- At least a completed business apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources, as well as professional experience in the field of human resources development or a comparable environment.
- Proficiency in using HR management software and standard MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Digital literacy and experience in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A structured and reliable work style with a good sense for pragmatic solutions.
- An open and positive demeanor, strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and healthy self-confidence.
- A training instructor certification (AEVO) is a plus.
- Very good written and spoken German and confident written and spoken English.
We Offer
- Family-friendly and flexible work schedules, and a workplace where we can be ourselves.
- Access to a company retirement plan and opportunities for professional development through participation in training events.
- Sports activities and team events, as well as specialty coffees, tea, and water available at all times.
- Additional benefits such as a childcare subsidy, Urban Sportsclub membership, JobLunch, and much more.
- A work environment at an innovative, medium-sized company with over 250 employees and interesting, varied responsibilities.
- A fixed-term employment contract, initially for one year ideally 30 hours per week, as a parental leave replacement.
