With access to payment networks such as SWIFT, SEPA, and Ripple, they facilitate international transactions via online banking and mobile applications.

Role Overview

As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance appraisal systems to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Address employee demands and grievances to bridge management and employee relations.
• Oversee recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal HR standards and regulations.
• Monitor and refine HR strategies, systems, and procedures throughout the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in a financial or fintech setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR metrics and ability to manage HR systems.
• In-depth understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or ATS.
• Excellent English and Russian language skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
