About the Position
Human Resource Manager
- Location: Manila, Philippines (Remote)
- Salary: $6 - $8 per hour

Responsibilities
- Execute accurate payroll processing and HRIS oversight, especially with ADP
- Own the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
- Protect sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality
- Maintain compliance with U.S. employment laws (California labor law knowledge is a big plus)
- Respond promptly and professionally to HR-related concerns
- Stay self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision
- Balance multiple HR/payroll tasks with precision and consistency
- Maintain reliable internet and availability during agreed hours
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and payroll, covering full-cycle HR functions
- Required: Direct experience using ADP for payroll and/or HRIS
- Preferred: Familiarity with California labor laws and compliance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear internal collaboration
- Proficiency in Gmail or similar platforms; experience with other HRIS tools is a bonus
- Reliable internet connection and remote setup
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours and occasional weekends
