About the Position
Join MTD as a Human Resources Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations in Cluj-Napoca.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Support performance, learning, engagement, and employee-relations processes.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and internal communication.
- Help improve people practices and strengthen a collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
- Clear communication, discretion, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of core HR processes and Romanian employment practices.
- A proactive, organized approach and confidence working across teams.
