Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will work on long-term missions for major clients, in a managed framework. You will be fully integrated into their product ecosystem while being supported by the design community of our ESN.

You are responsible for end-to-end design, from discovery to delivery, with a clear objective: to design useful, high-performance, and user-friendly digital products.

🎯 Your missions:

• Frame & align: Understand the client's challenges, lead workshops with stakeholders, prioritize needs, and structure the design backlog.
• Explore & analyze: Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), analyze data, and synthesize actionable insights.
• Design & deliver: Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and accessible, eco-designed, and coherent UI interfaces with existing design systems.
• Test & iterate: Organize user testing, lead UX audits, and iterate on journeys with performance indicators.

Requirements

• C1 English level to deliver work, conduct meetings, and lead workshops in English.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and their outcomes.
• Figma proficiency is mandatory!
• Excellent communication skills to convincingly argue your design choices within the team.
• Understanding of development basics to facilitate exchanges with developers and anticipate the technical feasibility of designs.
• Personal qualities: collaboration sense, empathy, critical thinking, curiosity, proactivity, iteration ability, flexibility, adaptability, ability to unite, results-oriented.
• If you have experience with AI, it's a huge plus!

Application Process

The recruitment process at Devoteam includes 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: To review your skills, English level, and validate your motivation.
• Tech & Business Interview: To delve deeper into your technical skills and verify their alignment with our needs through an exchange with a business expert.
• Leadership Interview: To assess your potential, ambitions, and consider your growth within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one in-person interview. A reference check is required, and depending on your profile, you may be asked to complete technical, English, or personality tests.

If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal outlining the employment conditions. If accepted, the employment contract will be formalized.
