About the Position
IAM Functional Expert / Business Analyst
Talents Connection Sarl is seeking an IAM Functional Expert / Business Analyst to drive IAM governance and role model maturity by improving RBAC, JML (especially Mover) processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and business integration to enable scalable, automated identity lifecycle management and strengthen NIST IAM maturity.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the IAM role model, including business roles, birthright access, and role hierarchies.
- Lead role mining and role engineering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Define and implement JML (especially Mover) process requirements and automation.
- Establish SoD policies, toxic access rules, and access review processes.
- Strengthen governance for applications, roles, and entitlements.
- Act as the liaison between business, application owners, compliance, and IAM technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, IAM Governance, or Information Security.
- Proven experience with RBAC design, role engineering, and JML processes.
- Strong knowledge of IAM governance, including SoD, access reviews, least privilege, and role lifecycle management.
- Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English
