About the Position

IAM / IGA Specialist

We are looking for a Senior IAM / IGA Specialist to join our team in Prague, Czechia, focusing on the development of digital identity and access rights management in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and optimization of Identity Lifecycle Management – onboarding, changes, and offboarding of users
• Work with IAM/IGA systems and their integrations
• Setup and development of provisioning and deprovisioning
• Design and optimization of identity and access rights management processes
• Collaboration on authentication and authorization solutions – MFA, SSO, federation, roles, and access rights
• Identity Governance area – Access Governance, recertification of access, Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Analysis of current processes and finding opportunities for their automation and efficiency
• Collaboration with security teams, architects, IT, and business process owners
• Oversight of identity security and compliance with internal and external standards

Requirements

• Senior-level practical experience in IAM / IGA / Identity Management
• Good knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management
• Experience with provisioning and deprovisioning
• Familiarity with enterprise IAM/IGA solutions
• Experience with MFA, SSO, federation, and access rights management
• Knowledge of RBAC principles
• Familiarity with Access Governance, recertification of access, and SoD
• Ability to analyze IAM processes and propose improvements or automation
• Ability to communicate with security, technical teams, and business
