IB Manager (Multiple Regions)

About the Position

Weltrade is a leading international Fintech company with over two decades of stability and trust in the global FX and online trading industry. We are expanding our Global Partnerships function and hiring multiple Regional Partnership Managers, each responsible for a dedicated geographic market.

Your mission is to build and scale high-performing partner ecosystems (IBs, affiliates, trading educators, communities, and strategic partners) within your assigned region. You will be accountable for partner acquisition, activation, performance optimization, and long-term revenue growth.

You will be assigned to one of the following regions: MENA, Pakistan, Thailand, South Africa, or Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina).

Responsibilities

• Build and scale high-performing partner ecosystems within your assigned region
• Partner acquisition, activation, performance optimization, and long-term revenue growth
• Combine relationship management with market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Affiliate Management in Forex, CFD, Fintech, or other high-volume digital industries
• Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading partners within your region
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics and client acquisition channels
• Experience managing partner performance using data (ROI, conversion, LTV)
• Ability to negotiate commercial agreements and drive revenue growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated Forex/CFD environments
• Exposure to multi-tier affiliate or IB structures
• Experience in regional expansion or market entry projects
• Participation in industry events, expos, or trading conferences
