About the Position
We are looking for an IBM MAINFRAME Control Room Operator to manage and monitor the organization's communication network, infrastructure, and core systems in Rehovot, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Operational management of the IBM mainframe.
- Responsibility for controlling the organization's communication network, infrastructure, and core systems.
- Monitoring, control, and supervision of the organization's information systems while working with computer systems and servers (NOC).
- Identification and handling of malfunctions, providing immediate solutions or referring to a technical entity while fully monitoring and being involved in the progression of the malfunction until its completion.
- Direct management of technical and managerial interfaces within the organization.
Requirements
- Professional experience and knowledge in an IBM MAINFRAME operating environment – mandatory.
- Experience in operating a control room – mandatory.
- Ability to adhere to pre-written procedures.
