Description

You will support IT operations and security compliance by managing user and vendor requests, administering licenses and equipment, and contributing to analysis and proposed improvements for the organization’s information systems. The role also includes technical support for trainings and video conferences and ensuring adherence to the security policy and required user training. You will be responsible for order/procurement administration for hardware and software via NEN.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user and vendor requests in a request tracking system
• Provide technical support for trainings, meetings, and video conferences
• Maintain evidence of licenses and equipment
• Place orders via NEN and administer HW/SW (administrative management)
• Check compliance with the security policy and ensure user/vendor training
• Analyze and propose solutions for the organization’s information systems

Requirements

• University degree obtained in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Valid driving license category B
• Willingness to continue learning and further training
• Clean criminal record
• Relevant experience is an advantage
