Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Coppell – TX

Hybrid- 3 days in office

Job Summary

We are seeking an Access Management Admin to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Active Directory, Access Management, and Automation, with hands-on experience managing user lifecycles, role-based access controls, and security administration across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, disable, and delete user accounts using manual and automated processes.
  • Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning activities.
  • Manage password resets and account unlock requests.
  • Grant and revoke access to file shares through security groups.
  • Provision access to enterprise applications and business systems.
  • Maintain and administer distribution groups and security groups.
  • Implement and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes, ensuring proper approvals and compliance requirements are met.
  • Troubleshoot user access issues throughout the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle.
  • Create and manage security groups for file shares and application access.
  • Develop automation scripts for bulk access requests and operational activities.
  • Support transition and knowledge-transfer activities for new access management processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IAM operations.
