Responsibilities
- Improving User Experience: Analyze end-to-end user journeys by integrating stakeholder inputs with operational data to identify pain points, minimize digital friction, and enhance overall satisfaction across all IDT touchpoints.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Assess existing processes, systems, and partner interactions to identify strengths and gaps, while documenting actionable opportunities, constraints, and key enablers for ongoing service enhancement.
- Leveraging AI and Technology: Explore and evaluate AI, automation tools, and data-driven solutions to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
- Promoting AI Adoption: Support the adoption of Copilot and other AI tools in day-to-day corporate activities by developing user-friendly materials and sharing periodic communications, including “Tips to use AI in everyday work,” across teams.
- Fostering a Culture of Improvement: Encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and a mindset of ongoing learning to support long-term organizational growth.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Final-year students or recent graduates in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems.
- Analytical and Data Capabilities: Solid problem-solving skills and comfort working with data using tools like Excel, with an advantage in Power BI.
- Technical and AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of modern workplace technologies, along with interest or exposure to AI, automation, and familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms, simplify complex concepts, and confidently present insights to small groups.
- Mindset: Proactive and growth-oriented with curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and collaboration.
