About the Position

IFRS9 Modelling and Methodology Expert

We are seeking an IFRS9 Modelling and Methodology Expert to join ING Hubs in Warsaw, focusing on financial risk and sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the client portfolio through active acquisition of companies from a designated segment (revenues up to 80 million PLN annually)
  • Build a high-value portfolio - acquire new relationships and simultaneously develop cooperation with existing clients
  • Build long-term client relationships, focusing on a partnership approach based on trust
  • Be responsible for achieving sales targets in key areas: loans, leasing, factoring, cash management, and solutions outside traditional banking
  • Work as a team - collaborate with product experts, credit analysts, and operational teams, ensuring the high quality of the entire process

Requirements

  • Experience in selling banking products and services
  • Higher education (economics or related preferred) and good knowledge of banking products
  • Experience in actively acquiring new clients
  • Actively use a category B driver's license
  • Enjoy working with people – easily build relationships and know how effective teamwork looks in practice
  • Have highly developed interpersonal skills - able to diagnose and identify customer needs, conduct negotiations, and effectively apply sales techniques
