Join ProCom Automation as an IIoT Engineer / Software Engineer to develop our IIoT platform Clouver, bringing your technical ideas from conception to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Implement new features in high software quality within the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) environment and continuously develop our platform.
- Create concepts and designs for scalable backend solutions of our IIoT platform Clouver.
- Develop and maintain software and hardware solutions for our IIoT gateways, working closely with the hardware team.
- Analyze product and customer requirements and develop technical specifications together with the team.
- Contribute to the definition, implementation, and further development of quality standards and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have a completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification - most importantly, you are analytically strong and enjoy complex problems.
- You have experience in professional software development, especially in C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with Linux and microcontrollers/microcomputers (e.g., Raspberry Pi) is advantageous.
- Knowledge in the field of IIoT (e.g., MQTT, OPC-UA, REST) and sensor technology is desirable.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
