Job description
Immobilienmakler / Real Estate Agent (m/f/d)
About the Position
Buena is revolutionizing the real estate industry by building the technology that powers the sector. We aim to make every aspect of real estate as seamless and transparent as possible-from finding to financing and managing properties. By taking over property management companies across Germany and transforming them into tech-driven enterprises, we have become Germany's second-largest property manager in under two years with a team of less than 30 at our HQ. We are one of Europe's fastest-growing companies.
Join us as a Real Estate Agent in Berlin and become the #1 closer in the city. As a Real Estate Agent, you will significantly drive the growth of our brand-new sales vertical in Berlin from day one. You will have the best market position with unlimited scaling potential.
You won't need to engage in tedious cold calling: You will have direct access to our inventory of 100,000 units. Our Inside Sales Team pre-qualifies the property owners and provides you with ready-to-close inbound leads. Your role is purely focused on high-ticket closing. This involves conducting on-site appointments, securing exclusive brokerage mandates, and guiding the sale process until the notary appointment.
Thanks to our AI infrastructure, all administrative processes run in the background. You will focus 100% on closing deals, significantly shaping the development of our real estate sales division, and directly benefit from the growth of the new vertical.
Responsibilities
- High-Ticket Closing: You will take over qualified property owner leads, evaluate them on-site, and secure exclusive brokerage mandates with persuasive skills.
- Vertical Creation & Playbook: You will actively shape the sales and consulting standards of our new vertical and set benchmarks for future team members.
- End-to-End Deal Execution: You will guide potential buyers through the process, negotiate the best terms, and accompany the deal until notarization.
- Tech- & AI-Leverage: You will use AI tools and our tech stack to conduct market analyses, property listings, and customer communications in record time.
- Pipeline- & CRM-Discipline: You will manage your deals independently and with extreme discipline in the CRM (Propstack).
Requirements
- You are financially ambitious: You know the value of your closings and are not satisfied with average salaries. Your goal is € 150,000+.
- You have at least 1.5 years of track record in B2C residential sales: You can demonstrate 5–10+ successfully completed transactions per year.
- You are an extremely strong closer who convinces in the first meeting, presents confidently and professionally to property owners, resolves objections with ease, and closes deals up to the notary appointment.
- You have a passion for foundational setup: Instead of working in rigid structures, you will help build our brokerage vertical in Berlin from day one.
- You are digitally fluent: You naturally use AI tools in your professional life to outperform the competition.
- You speak fluent German.
Benefits
- € 150k+ Total Compensation: Uncompromising remuneration through an uncapped commission model for top performers.
- Zero-to-One Growth: You will shape the development of our transaction business from day one, occupy the top position in Berlin, and secure maximum scaling opportunities within the company.
- Exclusive Lead Access to 100,000 Units: No cold calling. Our Inside Sales Team will continuously provide you with qualified, ready-to-close property owner leads in Berlin.
- Travel Reimbursement for On-Site Appointments: Mobility budget in the form of car-sharing credits.
